Simple Token Pricing

COSMIC uses a straightforward token-based pricing model. Your company purchases a pool of tokens, and each formulation action consumes a fixed number of tokens from that pool. There are no per-user license fees, no annual commitments, and no hidden charges.

Each formulation action consumes a fixed number of tokens from your company pool. CoFormulator runs and Cloning Formulator runs are the highest-cost actions; individual lookups (INCI Explorer, botanical searches, HLB calculations) are the lowest. The exact per-action cost is shown live on every page in the amber token badge — set centrally by your platform admin and updated in real time, so you always see the current price before you click. PDF report generation and email delivery are included at no extra cost.

Tokens are purchased at the company level and allocated to individual formulators by the administrator. This means your company controls the budget centrally while giving each team member the freedom to use the platform as needed. Unused tokens never expire — there is no 'use it or lose it' pressure.
