COSMIC is designed for teams, not just individuals. The Company Administrator dashboard gives the person responsible for your formulation department full visibility and control over how COSMIC is used within the organization.
As an administrator, you can add and remove formulators from your company account, assign roles (admin, formulator, viewer), and allocate tokens from the company's shared pool to individual team members. Each formulator's usage is tracked: how many formulas generated, how many products cloned, how many tokens consumed, when they last logged in.
You can set monthly token limits per formulator to prevent overspend, view the complete transaction history with timestamps and descriptions, and export usage reports as Excel files for management review or budget planning. The dashboard also shows aggregated company statistics: total formulas created, most-used product types, average generation time, and token consumption trends.
For organizations with multiple brands or divisions, the admin dashboard provides the governance layer that ensures each team has the resources they need while maintaining overall budget control. Every action is audited, every token is accounted for, and every formula is traceable to the formulator who created it.
