Who we are

What we collect

• Name, surname, company, work email — provided by you on /register.
• Optional: free-text comment, IP address (signup audit, fraud prevention).
• Inside the platform: your formulas, ingredient lists and account activity.

What we do with it

• Evaluate and reply to your access request.
• Operate the platform and support you while using it.
• Send the newsletter only if you opt in (monthly, product updates).

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your email, name or any personal data.
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not train AI models on your formulas without explicit consent.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. Exercise any of these by emailing info@coformulator.com — we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

Storage & retention

Hosted in the EU. Demo prospect data is kept up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted unless you become an active customer. Active accounts: data kept for the duration of the contract + legally required tax retention (10 years for invoices).
