Here is how it works. You start by describing what you want to create: a moisturizer for sensitive skin, an SPF 50 sunscreen for the Asian market, a preservative-free serum with retinol and hyaluronic acid. The platform's proprietary engine analyzes your brief against a database of over 12,000 real formulations and 33,000 ingredients. It drafts a first formula — complete with phases, percentages, and a manufacturing procedure — and presents it to your formulator for review.

This is where the Human in the Chain principle comes alive. Your formulator can accept, modify, or reject any ingredient. They can adjust concentrations, swap actives, change the emulsion type.
